Why?
From time to time we get asked why we are posting everything here in this blog. Don´t you fear your competitors? Don´t you fear someone could build his own business based on what you write?
Sure, everyone (including our competitors) gets to know what we are doing so. But who cares? They need to build up their business, we have a lot to do with ours. And I doubt someone is changing a strategy or starts a business because of our blog.
No, we do that, because it shows one of our core values: honesty. We have nothing to hide. Just like our drinks. We only use the freshest stuff you can get. No concentrate, no preseravatives, nothing. We want you to trust us, so we need to be open with everything.
And we like to be in contact with people and take their opinion serious. So we will keep posting everything about our brand that we think might be interesting for you.

Yes, this is the right way. Integrate your customers in everything you can and doing Social Commerce. Dealing with social capital and you will be successful.
I like this way of business. It's a new way, a better way in a modern manner.
Presently I writing my thesis about the interactive integration of customers in companies business processes with social commerce. This includes to show how the known tools like Blogs and Communities can help to integrate customers. thanks for your post! We try to keep people involved. But sometimes we notice that we get a little more careful with what we post, because all our competitors are reading this regularly. But as I wrote already we usually don´t care.
I was also thinking about posting our business plan here... but I guess that is going to far and the whole sucess might be in danger. But we will try to be as open as possible... and I really enjoy the dialogue. It is not a one way street where you feel completely alone.
